七 | 厦门还通过区级综合养老服务管理平台建设，构建市、区、镇（街）、村（居）四级养老服务网络，实现城乡养老服务资源共享、供需衔接和联动监管；建立囊括53.2万户籍老年人、1100多个各类养老服务设施、4800多位服务人员的养老大数据库。 “这些探索聚合了分散养老资源，为创新养老服务提供了支撑。”白锦焜表示，例如推动一键求助、自动报警等智慧养老应用场景创新，破解老人居家照护风险发现难、响应慢等痛点；建立市级老年助餐结算平台，老人通过智能身份验证，就能在任意助餐点享受补贴直扣。截至2025年底，厦门已初步实现具备综合功能的镇（街）范围养老服务机构全覆盖，每千名老人拥有养老机构护理型床位25张。
